  4.     This fixes all known bugs and 'features' previously reported,
  5. or commented upon by users of AmigaBoard BBS. Several new ideas have
  6. been incorporated as well, making the program much more useful.

  8.     As it stands, the editor is horrible and lacks even the
  9. most primitive of commands. If any experienced C programmer wishes
  10. to help the TAG effort this is where it's needed the most. A list
  11. of requirements can be made available.
  12.  
  13.     Since Arc016 has the disturbing quality of not accepting
  14. long file names I have had to rename most of the text files used
  15. in the system. There is a file called "Execute.Me" and that is
  16. exactly what you should do, "execute execute.me"; it will
  17. automatically rename all the files to their proper state.
